New Semester… New Clubs… New Students
Bull Pup Cool Club is starting the year off right! We have enrolled a few new students who are a great addition to our middle-school group as well as starting new clubs from 5:30 to 6:30. This week is our first full week of clubs. Cooking club is held on Wednesday and Thursday nights. This gives us plenty of time to learn more about the foods we plan to make and prepare for our fellow students to sample on Friday. Newsletter/ Blog writing will be on Monday’s. Look for updates coming soon from our brand new writers!
Cool Club has been staying busy all fall!
One of our projects was paper mâché piggy banks! We spent a week adding layers of newspaper and then painted or decorated them. They are ready to store our savings! Here are some directions for making your own Piggy Banks

Fall Festivities
BullPup Cool club traveled to Deere Farms in Lanesville, IN for fall festivities on Saturday October 22nd. Students were able to navigate a corn maze, pick a pumpkin and go on a hay ride! The weather was beautiful and our students enjoyed sitting outside to eat their lunch and playing on the interesting playground. Many of our families were also able to attend which was wonderful!

Our Lights on Afterschool celebration was canceled due to weather. We will keep you updated if it is rescheduled!
Bull Pup Cool Club 1st Field Trip
On October 18th, the entire C.O.O.L club will be attending LIGHTS ON AFTERSCHOOL at Scribner Middle School. This field trip will take place during our normal after school hours. This is a nationwide community event that celebrates afterschool programs and their impact on students, families and communities! We will update with pictures from our fun activities of the day!

2011 Summer Program
From spirit week to a field trip to Atlantis Water Park, we’ve been having a lot of fun in our summer program this year. This is our last week but we hope to see all the students at our after school program that will start in a few weeks!
Holiday World 2011
For the past three years, we have thanked our COOL Club members who have had good attendance and behavior all year long by taking them to Holiday World. It’s always a great time full of sunshine, water slides, and free soda!
2010-2011 Cool Club
We are going to begin our 2011-2012 Bull Pup COOL Club program in a few weeks. Until that time, let’s celebrate the success of last year’s program!
